I do love the idea of using pictures for decor at a party, and this is just no exception.
I don't really even know how it was made, but am thinking it could be figured out. :)

when I saw this a few weeks ago, I was emailing everyone! I love it! You could totally do this with anything - pages of a book, colored paper scraps...anything!
...I am guessing they just glued corners of the pics together where they overlapped creating the runner

I was thinking maybe they had ribbon that they glued the photos to?
