My niece wants cupcakes for her wedding.
But maybe, she'd like these instead!!

"the idea of mini-tiered cakelets is utterly seductive!"
Well then....better start baking, huh!!
They certainly are elegant (which is the look she is going for!)....but are they TOO much work? My daughter says we could just pour a glaze over them and sprinkle some glitter on top.
So...any ideas?
