Tuesday's DIY/Tutorials {Name labels}

I've seen many labels being offered for free download and they are all just so cute and versatile.
I happened to come across this site that offers labels with a name preprinted on them.
You can customize the label to your liking with different background options, fonts and colors. Really liking these today.
Head over to What a lovely name to make yours today.
Or if you are just looking for a name for your new baby, this would be the site.

Don't forget to enter my giveaway! :)

Tuesday's DIY/Tutorials {Chandelier}

Once again I have come across a chandelier {a favorite party item of mine}.
Although I do not get into Halloween I thought this chandelier needed to be shared.
It could easily be changed to fit any party decor.
Bats are not needed to make this chandelier a spectacular piece. :)

Ingredients:
Black Cardstock
Bat punch or die-cut
Black Beads
Fishing Line
3 embroidery hoops (we used 14", 10" and 6")
Black Paint
Tulle
Glue Dots

Instructions:
Cut or punch 40 bats from black cardstock.
Run a 15" piece of fishing line through a black bead and tie in a knot in center of line.
Fold line in half and secure two bats together with line between using a glue dot.
Fold bat wings outward to create dimension.
Tie fishing line with bats to each embroidery hoop.
Tie hoops together with 4 pieces of tulle.
Tie tulle at top for hanging

The tutorial in making this was found on Heartlandpaper.

Tuesday's DIY & Tutorials {Banner}

This banner would be a really cool addition to your party.
It would be very simple to make, especially using a cricut!

Here's the Tutorial....but to see more pictures visit Once Wed.

Step 1: Making your templates
Print out the letters needed for your sign (this is purely if you need help with the shape of the letter!). If you are confident in your own handwriting, draw your own letters, as this makes the sign more unique to you! You will need to cut out the letter
templates to trace as well.

Step 2: Make your letters
On the printed paper, trace the letter templates you have made or draw your ownletters. Mix and match the patterned paper and lettering, and you can also combine upper and lower case lettering! Cut out each letter and erase any left over pencil
markings.

Step 3: Hanging your sign
Hang the string, you can tie it on to a pre-existing feature, or you can push two small pins into the wall. Clip the letters to the twine with the mini clothespins and you’re finished!
