This is just made out of floss and 1" sticky labels.

Again, this is a snowy winter themed idea, and for those of you who don't ever get to have snow where you live, you might really enjoy seeing this hanging in your windows,
HOWEVER,
you could use any colors and hang this fantastic "garland" from the ceilings or anywhere for any party and it doesn't have to look like snow at all!! YAY!!
